Siklis Trekking

Siklis trekking is one of best and early southern Gurung settlements and the second largest Gurung village, still retains an aura of olden times. Here, the Jhankri (shaman) and Lama (priest) have important roles in this Buddhist community, marriage, death and today lives. Siklis village lies above the Mardi Khola (1,981m), overlooking Annapurna IV to the north and Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal to the east. Detail itinerary

Day 01	Arrival in Kathmandu 1300m
Day 02	free day in Kathmandu
Day 03	Departure from Kathmandu to Pokhara and stay in lakeside.
Day 04	Drive from Pokhara to Hyangja ½ hrs and commence trek along a flat trail past the Tibetan Refugee Camp to a campsite along the bank of Madi Khola 3 hrs. walk and stay in tent
Day 05	Trek to Kharepani (1,727m) 5 hrs walk and overnight in tent
Day 06	Trek to Ghalekharka (2,090m) 5 hrs walk and stay camp
Day 07	Trek to Forest Camp (2,696m) 6 hrs walk and overnight in camp
Day 08	Trek to Siklis (2,121m) 6 hrs. Walk and camp
Day 09	Trek to Lama khet (1,800m) 5 hrs walk and overnight in camp
Day 10	Trek to Thulokote (1,400m) 5 hrs walk and camp
Day 11	Trek to Begnas Lake (890m) 4 hrs. walk, cross the Begnas Lake by boats and drive to Pokhara and overnight in Pokhara
Day 12	Pokhar by bus to Kathmandu
Day 13	Transport to airport 3h before plane living.
